Cancellation policy
Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, a pre-order, or a try-before-you-buy purchase. This Cancellation Policy explains how these orders can be changed or cancelled.
Subscriptions
For clarity, our subscription model is also referred to as an “Ongoing Delivery Plan” throughout our website. The Ongoing Delivery Plan functions as a recurring subscription with automated renewals and billing, governed by the terms outlined in this Cancellation Policy and our Subscription Policy.
When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely, and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries unless you choose to pay in advance.
By subscribing, you agree to be charged for your initial order at the time of purchase, and then again for the first billing cycle (for example, the first month of your subscription).
The initial discounted order and the first billing cycle together constitute the minimum commitment period of the subscription.
After the first billing cycle, your subscription will continue to renew automatically unless you choose to pause or cancel it.
You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time. Your order confirmation emails include links that allow you to manage your subscription easily.
Please note: Cancellation applies to future subscription renewals only.
Any subscription order that has already been processed or shipped is considered final and follows the refund rules outlined below.
Cancellation or pause requests submitted after the initial order has been processed will take effect only after the first billing cycle has been completed and will not affect the initial discounted shipment or the first subscription billing cycle.
The first billing cycle cannot be paused, cancelled, or skipped once the subscription has been activated.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don’t want to renew, simply cancel before the next billing date.
Subscription Orders & Bulk Purchases
Orders placed through a subscription plan (e.g. “Subscribe & Save”) or any one-time purchase that includes multiple items (2 or more units) are considered final and non-refundable.
This includes the initial discounted order and the first billing cycle associated with any subscription-based promotion.
This policy exists because subscription and bulk orders are processed in advance, reserve fulfillment capacity, and are intended for ongoing or committed use.
These options are designed for customers who are already familiar with our products and prefer larger quantities or recurring deliveries.
If you are new to our products, we recommend starting with a single-unit, one-time purchase that is not part of a subscription, which remains fully eligible for our standard 120 Day Money Back Policy.
Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory.
We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining amount at a future date.
You may cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled.
If the order has been fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled, but you may request a return or refund according to our standard returns policy.
Try Before You Buy
When you purchase a try-before-you-buy item, we authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order.
You will have a set evaluation period to decide whether you want to keep the item.
If the item is not returned within that period, your payment method will be charged for the full amount.
This Cancellation Policy forms an integral part of our overall Terms & Conditions.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that all cancellations, modifications, and refunds are governed jointly by this Policy and the Terms & Conditions available on our website.
All customer support, billing inquiries, subscription management, and communication with customers are handled by our third-party service provider, Customer Care Group (customercaregroup.org), which operates as an independent customer care agency on our behalf.
